Yes, we offer rent-to-own as an easy option for many of our buyer! We're proud to help our neighbors get into sheds that they need, without it being a major hassle.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is that rent-to-own is a more expensive option, and buying a building out-right is the cheapest.
We're always happy to discuss options with you, and we believe in fully transparent pricing!
Do you offer Rent-to-Own/Financing?
Many of our clients are planning to live in the sheds we build. We coordinate with our clients to ensure the shed is ready for it's final use.
These are the most common upgrades that customers request:
-Metal roofing (this is standard on all our sheds!)
-2x6 walls
-Sheathing on the walls before siding (this includes house wrap, too!)
-Framing interior walls during construction
